In My Kitchen…

When it’s to cold to be in the garden I’ll be found in the kitchen. It’s the place I probably feel the most comfortable and confident. Now I can use home grown ingredients straight from the garden it’s a whole new lease of life for me, and I’m excited to share some of the recipes I’ve created.

Baking specifically is a real passion of mine, I love experimenting with ingredients and making treats for friends and family, or as gifts at Christmas. I even made wedding cakes that were featured in magazines in a previous life!
